with the law firm Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz. RPI, Statoil
ASA and LeBoeuf Lamb were involved in preparing the Guide.
The Guide describes in detail legal and tax issues of
mergers, divestitures and acquisitions in the Russian
oil & gas industry, and shall be of assistance to
companies and individual investors interested in acquiring
or divesting Russian oil or gas assets with a focus on
